Over the years, the Chef's stance on the industry has developed into a provocative blend of creation, analytics & development. Tired of seeing restaurants struggling to survive, he decided to concentrate a significant amount of effort towards aiding the industry in his own unique way.

Cape Town Chef Daniel Clayton has been in the F&B industry since the age of 15 when he was hired as a Waiter in a tiny seafood outlet in Ladybrand, Free State. Later he would receive his Chefs Diploma before patiently working his way through the ranks of a multitude of Restaurants & Hotels.
