Those that know me, perhaps even those that follow me, know I am heavily invested in the F&B industry, primarily helping where I can to create a more positive sector. Whether that be in the form of mentoring a youngster, developing engaging initiatives or rolling up my sleeves and climbing in to assist a restaurant in dire straights. Let's not forget though, money must be made! As such, all my initiatives are run beneath the brand "Chef Daniel Clayton", a business at the end of the day.
As such, I offer various services to the industry, services unique in their concept and practicality. These include My consulting work, Remote Restaurant Assist & now Go Services.
Go services are lightweight selection of instant services at cost effective prices. For instance, a business can send through a recipe and in a very short period, we send back an accurate costing based on his/her specific local and suppliers. No fuss. No whistles. To the point.
In this vein, I wanted to create a lighter version of my blog posts with more relativity to the social media market. Posts that I could easily upload, often from my phone, while I'm on the move, or on the Go. That is what Go Blog is about. Updates and insights easily uploaded, lighter on the bells and whistles, perfect for a quick read while one is browsing their various feeds.
That is Go Blog in a nutshell. Watch my social pages for more details on our Go Services & other dynamic additions to our ever expanding repertoire.
