The First

Hi and welcome to the first of many entries in this section of my website. For those of you who don’t know yet, my name is Chef Daniel Clayton, career Chef of 16 years, F&B Consultant and Founder @ Poetique F&B Development and now a gun for hire as I venture into further areas such as Privateering and personal Chef Solutions.

In this blog I’ll be taking you all on as traveling companions as I carry on my culinary excursions and adventures as well as offering some insight into the madcap life of a South African Chef. Its fun and its entertaining. Sometimes a little sad and dramatic. But very much worth it. I look forward to sharing my experiences with you all.
